2023 NBYLAX Refund Policy

NBYLAX understands that sometimes there may be a request for a refund on fees paid for registration.  (US Lacrosse Membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE)  The following refund policy will be in effect for the upcoming 2023 youth lacrosse season:

Prior to March 15, 2023

100% of registration fees, including uniform cost, will be refunded.

(US Lacrosse Membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE)

March 15, 2023 to March 31, 2023

50% of registration fees, less uniform cost, will be refunded.

(US Lacrosse Membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE)

After March 31, 2023

There will be no refunds issued

All refund requests must be in writing and sent to:

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENT/GUARDIAN AND NOT A COACH TO REQUEST REFUNDS. 

Refunds will be made based on the date of the request, not by the date of registration.
