US Lacrosse reports: some parents have experienced difficulty registering if they have inadvertently created a duplicate account or if there is a discrepancy in an address, email or birth date between US Lacrosse and LeagueAthletics.com.  Members should contact the US Lacrosse Customer Support Center at 410-235-6882 #102 should they have any errors registering with US Lacrosse.
 

Please verify that your child's correct birth date & grade are entered. 

The billing address or your credit card should match the address on your membership record.
